Is it too early to know a date for 2020 Homecoming?  I'm planning to come from Australia and am combining a trip elsewhere around the world.  I'm pretty keen to bed some dates down.  too early?

I would contact the Kenosha History Center. They are the people that organize the event.

It's traditionally the last Wednesday-Saturday in July.  Nothing on the Kenosha History Center web site, suppose it's too early.   A phone call might get some answers.
