I may will cancel my KingSize Bed Room at the Executive INN,
due to the fact its damn expensive, (Tuesday-Monday 1200$ Ouch, booked nearly a year a go at Bestwestern homepage) and inbetween i have teamed up with an Friend from Norway, for our AMC Roadtrip, he has reserved an 2 Queen Bed Room at the Harbourside for half the Price, and for 900$ i can ride a lot of Cabs/Ueber between the PLP(ParkinglotParty) and the Harbourside. |

Not cancelling mine, but Kenosha proper is probably going to be pretty full. However, there are lots of hotels in the area. Racine is just to the north of Kenosha and Gurnee is just south of Kenosha in Illinois. There is an amusement park and a huge outlet mall so there are lots of hotels in that area. Either place is only 15-20 minutes or so to downtown Kenosha.

Price was way overrated last year, and its direct booked at Bestwestern, with an "No Fee if cancel untill 25th 10:00 AM" , if i cancel, you should be able to book it at an lower rate. Edited by SirDigger - Jun/14/2017 at 9:32am |

I agree Holger, I stayed there in 2014 and it was an older hotel that needed a LOT of upgrades and for the price I expected a LOT more. The parking lot was great though!!!

Here is something you guys might try....
Riverside Inn Northwestern Avenue Racine Wi 262-637-9311 It is a old Holiday Inn Property that has been redone and under new ownership for several years now...It borders Horlick Dam and the property fronts on the Root River..Its near Infusinos Italian and several other good local restaurants. I have not stayed there in a long time so cannot really say how it is rated now, but it should be in the affordable price range and does have a big parking lot...Bob Reno in Fort Payne Alabama Oh yea...There is a bar and a big package store to the left of their parking lot....just in case that is a consideration to some of you... |

I avoid Knights Inn everywhere. We were desperate for a room once on a trip home from Florida and stopped at Knights Inn somewhere in Ohio. It was disgusting, moldy, full of bugs and filthy. We went to the office, got our credit card credited and drove away. There is a reason it is cheap and usually next door to a porno bookstore. |
