Kennedy 69 AMX Calipers: Warranty?

The seals around the piston are made too small and the seals between the calipers are too thin. Kennedy and the other vendors that are useing these same kits are having the same problem. I know this because while at my brothers shop we were trying stop his calipers from leaking with the kits that Kennedy sells and we had no luck. My brother has some NOS  seals so we compaired them to what Kennedy sells and there is a big difference. The outside of the repo seal is too small  and the seal between the calipers is a lot thinner than the original. My brother called Kennedy about this as he has several kits and they are no good. He explaned to Kennedy about the differences between the repo seals and the NOS. We sent him a pic of the difference and he has seen it. My brother talked to him about getting them made right and maybe a little bigger as after the calipers have been honed they are a little bigger and the smaller seals that he is selling just don't work. Kennedy had said that he just got some returned from leaking and another vendor had called him about the same problem. Kennedy said he would send the pic to the vendor that was making the seals but he didn't want to make them bigger on the outside as he said they would fold over. We didn't think that would be a problem if the pistons with the seals on them were put in right. The only way we got my brothers to stop leaking was to put old originals back in, they were evan bigger than the kits that Kennedy sells and they were worn a little on the outside edge. It will be interesting if anything gets changed as they know what is wrong.
