I have the Jesel set up and am wondering if the stock length pushrods work or do I need to do something else? Thanks.

I'd suggest you call Jesel direct. You'de get it straight from the horses mouth. (732) 901-1800

You will need to assemble the rocker arms on the engine and use Jesel's instructions for measuring for correct length. Too many factors to predict a universal solution.
