I have used this product. Successful results depends on location of the crack or defect and prep work.

Gotta love the People's Republic of California. Confused

Personally I would have referee challenged that fail.  It's no more a tamper than welding a crack is.

Would probably seal until the first time you took the car on the highway. Then the heat and expansion would crack it.

Get it brazed or welded.

Braze the smog tube. It's easy to do.
IMO, JB products are worthless - I've had the "weld" products fail more times than succeed. I know others love and swear by it, I swear at it (and yes, I do know how to use epoxies and glues and adhesives)

Have a shop that knows how to weld to the manifold or find a good used one (they should be easy to find)
Epoxy, eve that, won't hold up on a manifold. It's more expanding and shrinking than epoxies can handle.
A GOOD welder can weld it. Otherwise find a good used exhaust manifold - you could likely get one cheap.

I have been lucky using J-B Weld for automotive applications....just gotta know the limitations. At Amazon J-B Weld Extreme Heat received 169 customer reviews and averaged 3.7 out of a possible 5 stars.....not bad considering the bad rap a lot of products at Summit Racing get.

Hey Doc,
Why fight it bro?
$120.79 sounds like a pretty decent deal to me.
Yeah, a little work to change it out...but worth the peace of mind of not cracking again.
