Curious to see what Non-AMI AMC cars us Aussies would really like to own,

For me its would be a easy choice, Rebel convertible and use local sedan parts to convert to RHD

If you let me pick a runner-up   a nice 73 Hornet X

Why limit yourself to just one?

69 Ambassador Hardtop
Humpster AMX, 401 4 speed
V8 Gremlin
Rebel Machine

Tempted by a Hornet X at the moment.

Damn $5K shipping fees.

I am in the US. I would love to have a right side drive AMX or convert a Rebel Machine to right side drive.

If could import just one AMC from Australia to the US, I'd like a nice RHD, 2 dr 70 or 71 Hornet. Oops, now I see it was the other way around.... I still wouldn’t mind owning a RHD early Hornet.

You won't get a 2 door hornet from Australia 71SC360, not a factory RHD one anyway as we didn't get any, just sedans down here. Could always use the sedan parts to convert one though.

Dont have to think too hard with this one......it would have to be a SC/Rambler, or at least a factory V8 67 Rogue hardtop.
1967 Rambler American

I'm not old, I'm just old school.
