I found the flocked rubber "felt" door glass slide channels relatively easily, but where have people found ones for the rear doors? Mine are completely falling apart.

Every place is striking out so far.

I don't know of anybody that makes them for a four-door, but the fellow that does the reproduction 2-door stuff just gives you length of the rubber-backed felt. You need to cut it to fit the 2-door and it does not have pre-formed corners. You need to trim it yourself to fit the corners. I would imagine you could use the same stuff to do the rear doors.

If I had the dimensions of a cross section I could find some universal stuff by the foot, but all I have is guestimation by measurement of the door itself.
