It's so cool to see the "mind changer" again my dad owned and dragged that car for around 8 years and the Shahans were a big part of the build getting it back on the track. Looking forward to seeing it run in May again!

He runs/ran an AMC 401 motor. As far as performance parts, I could not say with 100% certainty. But, just off the top of my head, Crank, cam, fuel pump, ignition, carb, heads are all performance parts or heavily modified by his local speed shop.

After sitting in a barn for 10 years and a few failed attempts at selling everything, I'm putting my Hornet back together. Heres a couple shots of it in progress waiting for a new engine.

What a sweet looking Hornet!  It reminds me of my old 78 Concord hatch that was Captian Blue Metallic.
