Actually this is the 3 prong plastic piece that holds the horn button onto the wheel. One of the prongs is broke off. I have a picture of what I need from my book, and a description of it from a parts catalog....same piece?

That's a Ford part, the same one used on early Mustangs. The last time I needed one, the local Ford dealer had a box of them on the shelf.
