Not that one in particular, but I bought a cheapie eBay HEI for mine, and you can expect a poor quality module inside, and probably just as cheap a coil.  The coil didn't bother me as much as the module, which I changed for an AC Delco brand.  Swap the gear too, just to be safe.  Probably a hardened steel cam-eater on that one.

I'd bet it has a 4-pin module, but look here for an exhaustive description and a list of part numbers for each type.

rev go to a salvage yard and buy a quality GM 250cid HEI distributor, put an 80s AMC V8 gear on it, and check my HEI thread from when I dropped a GM hei into my Eagle in minutes.
(At least I think I posted the "how-to" here, maybe that was something else......)
It's simple, cheap, and uses 100% GM parts save for the gear which is AMC. No Chinese parts.
You can buy the distributor's at salvage yards pretty cheap.
You can buy the gears from forum members, eBay, or 4x4 shops.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but why the V8 gear vs the I6 one? Does it not fit on the shaft of the HEI? (Mine was previously converted so I have no clue what was used).

I saw a post on it here somewhere and apparently the gear is a different length so the GM distributor must also be a bit off in length. In other words the hole where the roll pin goes is in a different place in the V8 gear than the I-6 gear.
If I had ever done it I could say for sure.

Can an HEI conversion be done on a mid-60's 232?  Most of what I see being referenced are 1972 & up.
