I to like the Valvoline with a friction modifier.
FSJunkie is correct on the test.
For a rebuilt unit with new clutch pack, 100ft-lbs to 200 ft-lbs. This depends on your application also, track or street. On the street less is preferred.
For a used unit test, 30 ft/lbs to 150 ft/lbs, again depending on application.

The thing with storing a car for the season is the clutch pack will tend to lock up and chatter, street use, which can be quite annoying. To resolve this, when you take the vehicle out for the first season run, drive for 10 to 30 miles to warm the differential and then go to a parking lot and do some figure 8's around some lamp posts. This will get oil into the clutch pack and stop the chatter.

At 150 ft/lbs, the unit is likely going to chatter regardless.
