From what I remember, and it's been awhile, pry out and pull the woodgrain trim on the armrest straight out. Be careful not to bend. The woodgrain trim has 2 studs on it that slide into 2 plastic anchors in the armrest. Then, pry the plastic anchors out of armrest. That will expose 2 screws that hold armrest onto door panel. There is another screw accessible on the very bottom (underneath part) of the armrest. Remove it, pull off armrest.

Then you remove inside door handle, and if it has a remote mirror, you need to remove the trim ring for it. Also, remove door panel strap. The chrome cover on the ends of the vinyl strap pop off with a screwdriver, and there are 2 screws underneath. Unscrew the window crank with an Allen wrench.

Take out all exposed screws holding door panel. Then , the door panel is held on by several clips that squeeze into holes in the door sheet metal. You should get a trim removal tool and slide under door panel until you find each and gently pry them off. There is probably a youtube video of a trim removal tool. I hope I didn't forget anything.

Arm rest is held on by two rather large screws. Window crank is held on by a machine screw. Door panel will have a a couple screws as well and the remainder are small metal friction clips. I use a small door clip tool to pop them out and prevent damage to the door panel. The tool looks like this.

oh yes, forgot about the woodgrain trim. I don't use the woodgrain trim on the doors anymore. Also remote mirror. but Sonic has you covered better. Haven't had my panels off since they went back on 5 years ago.
