I am trying figure out what the tire size is on my 74 matador. The actual tires have rotted off the rims. This car was bought in worse shape and had 14" rims on it. Are these the right rims for it?

14 inch rim diameter is correct. The width should be 5.5 or 6 inches.
Original tire size would have been F78-14 or similar. That's roughly a P215/75R14 in modern radial tire sizing. |
