Billd, should be able to... just he has been busy of late. You may have to put a request for a mod to have him message you, when Billd has a chance.

I would say pm him, but it is possible his inbox gets filled from others. Though you can try, just keep on messaging every couple of days. The mods have personal email and contact information about each other, so private contacts between them is easier than checking in on pm requests.

He has had my wiper motor for 4-1/2 months, and I have sent him numerous messages, none of which have been answered. I have no idea if he still has it, has lost it, is not repairable, whether it got lost in shipping, has lost my name, address or phone number, etc. I am completely in the dark, and have no idea how to get him to respond.

Check ebay. There is a seller on there that restores / exchanges them. I never dealt with him but he has good feedback.

If you're referring to ebay user dbass57, that is Dave Bass. As gtoman already stated, he does very good work.

I meant to add that it is not the time factor that bothers me. It is just the complete lack of communication. I have met and talked to him personally 2 or 3 times, and believe that he is honest. I would just appreciate a response.
