A couple of pic`s changing out a 78 Concord headlamp structure into a 79 and newer fender...I stripped it prepped it and welded it in..

20+ years ago I had to go the other direction when I used a NOS Gremlin fender for my '81 Spirit. Unfortunately my 81 fender was damaged in that area, and the inner structure I harvested was distorted and I did not get it installed correctly. The headlamp trim has never fit correctly. I just picked up another fender to harvest the part from to fix mine, hopefully with as little paint damage as possible.
