71 thru 74 front bumper brackets

I can't do any more for you, it is possible some one like Dltowers to post a picture or two of proper 74 bumper brackets. They all must be used to hold the bumper proper. AMC changed up for federal mandated bumpers, which made 74 model year different. Once you verify all brackets are there, and have checked your measurements with mine, since the frames have not changed, then the only option is to spend the extra money to have a body shop check out the frame and straighten it. There can be body twist to make the front corner raise just enough, and still look straight. A member posted something like that with a raced  401 Javelin body. It's been a bit of time since I saw the thread, and haven't got a clue to what terms to search.
