I noticed that the Scat connecting rods are 5.885 long and .010" longer than stock. Has anyone used these and had clearance issues? I have a set of Wiseco flat tops that I was planning to use, but didn't know if the longer rods would require special shorter pistons. Anyone have any thoughts on this or used the Scat rods? Thanks, Jack

360 pistons are nominally 0.012" down the bore, so they should work so long as you don't deck by much.

Thanks for the reply. So, the Scat rods should theoretically get me back to nominal deck clearance, right? If so, I wonder what that does to my compression ratio? Wiseco states the pistons will make 11.22:1 CR but that is probably based on stock rod length. I'd still like to be able to run it on 92/93 octane. --Jack
