It's a 1967-73s Jeepster or Commando pickup. Jeepster was teh standard stripped version, Commando a bit more upscale as far as standard equipment and trim.

Actually, the 67-71 Commandos were known as the Jeepster Commando with a model designation of C-101 and is what is pictured in the first post. The 72 and 73 Commandos (the Jeepster was dropped) were a slightly stretched version so to accommodate the 304 engine and had a butt-ugly plastic front grille with a model number of C-104. Here is a pic of a 72 Commando:
