Maybe you can join us in June when we drive our AMC's to the AMO show in Colorado Springs and back. Quite a few peeps doing this, from what I understand.
I don't have the budget for gas on lengthy trips at this time, but one day!
Well, not this year (obviously), but maybe next year? The show's in CS again in June, I believe.

Swapped the o2 sensor, new Hyperspark distributor, ignition box, and coil, new wires, new MAP sensor, cleaned up underhood wiring, swapped to a single plane Offenhauser 360 intake manifold, new headers, built new 2.5" stainless steel exhaust, new electric oil pressure and temperature gauges.
The car is finally back on the road. Feels good. I have plenty of work to do still. I have an ATI damper and new crankshaft pulley to install still. I was concerned the damper ATI sent me was a 180 degree pulley for a 401 instead of a 240 degree for a 360 as the balance weight on the back only goes 180 degrees around the circumference, but ATI assured me that regardless it's balanced to 240* like the AMC 360 damper should be.
