Can someone out there PLEASE tell me how the roof rack comes off of a 69 Ambassador wagon? Do you have to remove the headliner from inside?

If it's anything like my '64 Classic Cross Country I'm afraid the answer is YES
 . The rack and the strips are all bolted on from the inside. |
