Guys I'm still losing my mind trying to figure out this stupid slave cylinder on my T-5. I bled the master and slave, so they should have no problem. The pedal still feels a bit sloppy until it gets pressed a few times, which tells me there's definitely a problem somewhere. Every time I have good pressure it's never enough to fully disengage the clutch and I cannot put this thing into gear. I'm certain the release bearing and fork are working 100% so I'm starting to wonder if I should just bypass everything with a longer pushrod. The one I'm using in this setup is 5-3/4" and I'm pretty sure I need another .25-50" for a successful disengagement. Any ideas on how to make this happen? Adjustable rods?

You need 1/2" to 1" typically for for full disengagement on most 10.5 " clutches. Check your clutch spec.
If you installed a JMC kit then they are known for bleeding problems. Also look at your geometry, an angled cylinder will not provide the same stroke through full travel.
