I don't like the stock pulley on my GM alt. A  1/2" doesn't ride completely in the channel. The alt. shaft diameter is .670" and the total width of the pulley is .868". What would be a good deep groove replacement?

Yes there are people out here but you have not provided much to respond to.
The alternator model#, application - engine, vehicle, accessories ...
My first response would be; ask if the pulley is worn out and if so obtain a new one if all performance issues are good.
My second response would be; depending on the alternator model, go to a local wrecker and find one with the same OD and ID that fits the belt width you are using and take it.
The spacer behind the pulley can be reused from your old alternator or just use an off the shelf bushing to make a new one to get the alignment correct.
If you provide more information others that have more experience may provide specific part numbers or replacement parts for your application.
Hope this helps.

I just ordered one from Summit. I wasn't sure what pulley to use because some GM type alternators have shaft diameters. Pulled the pulley off my alt. It was .670 dia. Ordered it tonight. Thanks for the reply.
