Though not in the parts books I have, but there is a post 23OCT2013 that it is a T10 installed 1967 to 1974. As with all T10's you need to count rings on the input shaft or better yet count the rotations input to output to determine the gear ratios.
Given the 13-04-70 I would guess 1970 or 1971 application.
