Cleaned up drive shaft.....noticed 3 orange stripes.
Does anyone know what that means ?

Based on what another member posted some time back that would be a Machine 4-spd driveline.

Ok, Thanks. That`s weird....it`s on a 69 Javelin. Who knows after almost 50 yrs. lots of stuff could have been changed. The car had a 73 360 w/727 trans.. Wonder if the 727 is a different length than the BW m-12?

Driveshaft for 727 is much shorter then a M-11 or M-12 automatic

Ok, Must have been switched out during engine change. Car was originally a 390 m-12 /automatic.
