Take a look at the Petes Patriot guys... They sell headers for the 69 SC Rambler that are supposed to fit well. I haven't purchased a set, but have seen them on display at a few shows.

I don't know if it matters but I put a set of headmen # HED-98310, and mini Starter #713-9515, on my 401 in my 69 and no problems fitting.
