Anyone happen to know the weight of an M11B or M12 BW trans (with or without converter)? I don't have one out of car to weigh, just wondering if anyone has ever bothered to weigh one.

Thanks,
Colin

It's more like 175 lbs with the convertor (that's what mine weighed), 135 lbs would be around the mark for a TF727.

If they have cast iron cases, they should way a lot over a TF or TC tranny. I wonder if the wieght is with converter and tranny filled as well.

175 lbs was with the convertor but no oil, freshly rebuilt at the time, so there will be another 20 lbs of oil in there when you fill it.
