DOES ANYONE HAVE OR MAKE A PATTERN FOR DRILLING THE HOLES IN THE TRUNK TO ADD THE DONAHUE TYPE SPOILER?

LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND IT.....I USED TO HAVE DOZENS OF LIDS AND CARS WITH THEM BUT LOST THEM ALL YEARS AGO DUE TO AND INJURY THEN DIVORCE
MY X GAVE STUFF AWAY BEFORE I COULD GET THEM |
