Nice car. I think in 66 the big cars still had the closed torque tube differential.

I wonder if these transmissions have a breather anywhere that could plug up? It has been a while since I have looked at one.

If it was just rebuilt it should be under warranty and should not cost anything to fix. Take your paper work back and talk to the manager. Be nice and explain the ongoing problem. I bet they will work to fix it. Give them the car and get a time frame as to when they expect it to be fixed.

My Tranny guy who JUST rebuilt my Flash-o-matic gave me a 3 year warranty even with leaks! Did you get a warranty?

Who rebuilt your tranny? I think everyone with an old BW torque tube tranny is looking for someone who still remembers how to rebuild and set them up! If you found a good 'un, clue us in!
