amxmachine...that looks 1970/1971.  The female holes for the clutch push rod to z-bar are 1970 up, adjustable pedal stop makes 70/71, will fit 72 up..but originally they had fixed pedal stop (FYI)....to confirm look at the pedal hanger and the 1969 and prior unit has smaller radius in bracket which nestles the smaller steering column.  1970 up the steering column is larger in diameter for the key on column rods and such...so the corresponding bracket has larger radius to match the 1970 up column....hope this helps all.

IIRC, the 68/69 clutch pedal lever has more of a side bend to it. The 70-74 clutch pedal lever is straight like shown in the first photo.
