Very sad day when your town loses a drag strip. I remember when Bay Lands Raceway closed in Fremont, Ca. It was only ten miles from my house. It is now an Auto Mall. The Green Mamba & Red Wagon were my all-time favorites there.

Sad story!!!....Our local family owned track opened in 1968 and is going strong....gets better every year.....
