Found an old post from back in 2011 when the engine was relatively fresh and running HPR30 20W-60 oil.

Quote Just quick update on this one, went on a club run today, 180 mile round trip in roughly 90-100F ambient temps.

The car drives really well in cruiser mode, it's actually very tame in traffic (considering 2.87 gears and stock stall).

Coolant seems to sit around 175F on the open road, creeping up to maybe 200F if stopped in traffic for a while, but comes back down pretty quickly when you get moving again.

Engine oil temp sits around 210F when cruising but will creep up to about 240F at sustained highway speed (2500 RPM @ 60MPH), not sure if this is good or bad.

Fuel economy for the round trip worked out at 13.2 mpg (US) or 18.2 l/100km for us metric blokes, not too bad I reckon.

So far so good.
