Drum on other side came off fairly easy.

Just re-tried drum........it's really tight, and one stud looks like it might be slightly off.

I'll handle this by slightly enlarging hole(s) until drum slips on.


Look closely to see if the top of the shoes are seating on the anchor pin. I suspect your parking brake cable is partially stuck causing the shoes to be spread out to far. Don't enlarge the holes in the drum. If it won't go on properly something is wrong. As someone else said, replace the shoes because the Blaster will most likely make them grab.
