Very nice. had a 72 Wagoneer 360 but it uses a Buick nailhead transmission with a factory adapter and a D20 trans with a low gear. Not sure if the 73 is the same or what year Jeep changed the design of the th400 bellhousing so it is a straight bolt in. Not sure if they make disc brake set ups for the front, mine was a closed knuckle set up and at the time could not find a conversion kit. Still have the drivetrain left and speedo. good luck with project.Smile

The AMC bell was mid '74 changeover as they ran out. The flexplate is "special" due to the crank adapter. (I'm pretty sure it's a Buick 340 or 401 flexplate with one offset hole for the crank) '73 was first year Quadratrac 1331 (low range optional).
