What power brake bracket linkage fits 67-69 Americans? I was under the impression that the bracket is the same across the car lines and its just the actuator arm between the pedal to the bracket is different. Can a setup out of an AMX be made to work with the correct actuator arm?

Yes. 68-70 Javelin and AMX brackets fit 64-69 Americans. I think the big car brackets from 63 to at least the mid 70s are the same as well. I don't know when the big cars went to a bracket without a bell crank -- may not have, may just be the Matador Coupe that uses a firewall mount without a bell crank.
