Looking at a set of wheels on the shelf, they are a 17x9 wheel with a zero offset.
So I assume that's a 4.5 bs These would be going onto a 73 gremlin. Will they work with a 245/45/17 tire? Or do I need to measure each side and order custom wheels..... |

I'm pretty sure that rims are usually 1" wider than the listed size due to the rim bead, so I would expect a 17x9 wheel to have a 5" backspace with a Zero offset.
