It showed well but mud in the rear quarters, no date code in trunk, no Rouge emblems on the door panels. it must have had a different hood the ram air flapper was screwed on not welded. Poor wire routing and sip ties. I bid on it to 30K but that is all I thought it was worth.

Got home from a cruise and local Antique Auto Museum special viewing just in time to see the SC go across the block. It showed well!! VERY little time 20-30 seconds on the block. It went to $50k and stopped. No Pics, Here's the write up:.

<h3>
                                        HIGHLIGHTS

- Only 322 know to exist according to the 1512 Registry

- Comprehensive Rotisserie restoration

- Original door tag included showing "A" paint scheme overspray with
trim color incorrectly spelled "Sp3cial" NOT "Special" perhaps the only
one of its kind

- Thrush Hush mufflers

- Sun ST635 Tach

- Firestone F70/14 Redline tires

- Rebuilt T10 4-speed transmission

- Correct Hurst shifter

- Restored padded dash, instrumentation and steering wheel

- Interior by Doc's Upholstery of Belvedere, IL

- Front end restored and aligned

- Rewired

- New headliner

- Correct mirrors for Hurst SC Rambler/Hurst Olds

Thanks, Ron. The 322/1512, I believe, is a misnomer, as the 1512 website hasn't been updated in years. Could be less, could be more.

For clarification on actual values of the are you a dealer? Is the 30k all it was worth as a dealer (to flip and make some money) or as in final value? I see you were buying and selling a few cars and your on site opinion is very much appreciated.

I thought it was only worth $30K because it would take about $10K to make it right. The rear quarter lips are very hard to make right because of the indent all around it and then it has to be rolled. Fabrication of the lips and inner wheel houses, prep and paint. Also the rear window was not removed to install the blue stripe on it correctly, the black stripe that separates the red and white was tape not painted on, and the dash was poorly restored. Then after paying tax, title and plates and Mecum's fee, not much left.
