Is it possible that the neutral safety switch on the 727 automatic can leak out of the end of the switch? Mine is weeping fluid, but not at the base where it screws in. It appears to be weeping out somewhere near the end of the switch and running back onto the body of the switch. Regardless, it is cheap to get a new switch.

I have seen them leak like that a lot.

Yes. Ive also seen them leak as well.....

They can get smacked with rocks or chunks of ice in winter which cracks them.
