I simply love hood scoops on Hot Rods. My first 55 Chevy had a Thunderbolt teardrop, my second 55 Chevy had a transplanted 57 T-Bird scoop, my present 73 Challenger has a T/A hood(P51 Mustang WW!! airplane scoop but on top instead the underbelly), GT500 hood scoop on my BB fastback. Also had factory muscle cars with cowl induction, shaker hoods, ram air, and air grabber solenoid activated hood scoops. Owned 20+ real muscle cars through the decades that were daily drivers. ....maybe I should open an ice cream parlor... since I'm scoop driven.
