Ah great thanks for posting... so the Jeep guys were displaced/gone homeless when Chrysler filed for bankruptcy in 2009...

-that explains that: I was told by my local former AMC Jeep dealer owners that 'Diamler let the Jeep guys go, and they went to Ford. The AMC people went to GM.")

-Notice at that point Ford came out with very Jeep looking 'Escape' SUV and trucks get the Jeep style front suspension (the new Mustangs even look more like a Javelin with bulging rear fenders?)

-Notice at that point Chevy got an all new seven main bearing inline six, which went into Hummer H3. And Chevy made the PT Cruiser look-alike.

That's about when Diamler ended the 4.7 SOHC AM V8 too? (around 2006-2009?)

The bankruptcy filing marks the end of the now scrubbed lawsuit: State of California vs GM -centering upon the all new GM EV1 which inadvertently drew in Chrysler for the US Fed emission control credit deal allowing GM and others to sell more cars in Cal since the EV1 would pollute less. (huge lawsuit from about '94 to 2006 when Schwarzenegger became governor ...and Cal filed for bankruptcy first!)

Hence, make a long story short, the GM & Chrysler 'bailouts' were not bailouts at all: they were US Fed legal compensation for lawsuit with Cal ...but is all basically covered up & the Internet is obviously been scrubbed -back then I used to follow the lawsuit on the Internet (C.A.R.B. vs GM etc: The lawsuit was published in public on Internet, day by day proceedings back then) since I was so appalled they were destroying the EV1 (GM had to destroy all the EV1s because they were deemed illegal by the lawsuit)

-This was a really bad time for Diamler to purchase corporate ownership of Chrysler, as I see it.
-Just like when Renault 'accidentally' purchased more than 48% stock in AMC, and forced AM to sell AM General (because no foreign company can own a US military supplier) So when Diamler purchased controlling interest of Chrysler, Chrysler was forced to sell it's military business.

Thanks again for posting info about the building, what they were doing with it & when it sold etc.

The building no doubt was much in need of refurbishing: comparatively 'ancient' electrical system, poor efficiency rated insulation qualities etc -a 'white elephant' like the Twin Towers in NYC: looked good but cost too much to remodel.
