     My '62 Classic Custom 4 dr. has a green cloth/green vinyl interior scheme. I have a very good interior, with the exception of the d/s front seat cushion. There is a small split or two in the cloth, about the center of the panel. Does anyone know if cloth is available to make a proper repair?

    I've been told that SMS makes some cloth for the AMC cars. My experience with them is that time is an issue. Products are good, but time line is terrible. Took over three years to get cloth and vinyl for my '59 Edsel Ranger.

     Are there other vendors for the AMC cloth/vinyl. Anyone have decent seats/covers to part out?

IF you call SMS with your trim code they can tell you if they have it in stock.  They have a lot of new old stock material for many different brands.   I have purchased new old stock fabric from them for two AMCs.  Another possible source is Original Auto Interiors in Columbus, MI.  They have lots of new old stock and I purchased seat fabric for my 66 American there.  They said I got the last few yards off of their last bolt of fabric.  Joe
