hahaha i just happened to get on craigslist and look up AMC and theres one of these for sale on there, or something close to it

Yes , actually if you look at all of them truck's the AMC logo shows up next to the AM-General data plate just noticed that a few truck's i saw where mid to late 90's still carrying an AMC logo on the AM-General name plate . . .
Apparently AM-G products continue to carry the AMC logo up until there discontinuation in 2006 model year.
