American Parts Depot and likely other vendors sell the new Rally Pac harness for 68 models. A-Mark still sells the junction block that mounts on the passenger fender under the hood. That should get you most of the way there. I do not recall seeing a wiring diagram specific for the Rally Pac, but I bet one exists somewhere.
