Well, took a while to save some Dinero for my body and paint.  Took it down to its skivees, fixed some minor body stuff and had my paint guy have at it.  Brought it back to the original color, D7 - TransAm Red.  Just got it back today,  will start a new thread getting it back together.  Not a show car.  Will be a nice driver.  Instead of rebuilding the original 360 I am going with a 401.  Will start on rebuilding front suspension next week while the engine is out.

Hi,
I´m working on my 1973 javelin AMX in Spain.
Your car looks very nice already.
For me is very difficult to get new parts becouse the Atlantic Sea is stuck on the way.Smile
For that reason and lack of money I´ve to put more imagination and work on the process. I´d found that most of the times you can restore or repare things.
I´d got tons of help from the forum. I´ll be happy to give some back and help if I can.
Just as an example for interior I did cover the plastic in leather. It´s not original but looks and have a touch very nice.

Bye.

Just brought it home.  Put some wax on it by hand on the hood, driver fender and driver door.  Shines up pretty nice.  Will power buff it this weekend.
