It looks to be very similar to the original Group 19, and the old Crane Fireball, and the Chevy 327/350 cam. 223 duration at .050, on 114 degree lobe centers.

I have that camshaft in my 401 engine which is in my 69 AMX
I like it a lot, great mid rpm and low rpm torque also very street able in a 401, good vacuum thus no problem with my power brake booster, nice idle

Will it break loose in 2nd. When getting on it? And does it still accelerate at 5000 rpm?

I do not drive my car aggressively much
I have not taken it to 5000 RPM yet, but I can tell you it keeps accelerating up to around 4500 RPM with no problem, believe it would continue to accelerate past 5000 RPM-I think Howard says power range up to 5500 RPM I have not tried burning rubber in second, but it takes off great when I drop it from 4th to 3rd while passing cars on 2 lane highways I have an old 3550 Tremec 5 speed, with a 3.15 posi 1 piece axle

When my 68 AMX was 100% stock..You could spin them in 1st short shift into 2nd at around 4,500 and spin them for a good 50 to 60 feet before it would run out of breath...I installed a group 19 cam and it clearly gained power.....but i didn`t alter anything else meaning carb...intake...headers exc..This video is older than the you tube air date...it was 15 year`s ago when i took it out of early winter storage to give the cat to my son...we still haven`t changed the Javelin marker lenses i have had new ones for 19 years... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGJXDW7HMrM

Thanks Blindman
I used custom length 1 piece small hole (if I recall correctly 0.080 hole) Comp Cams push rods, because my engine has Edlebrock cylinder heads with steel Crower roller rockers
