Put some race gas in and crank the boost up, put your foot in it.
I think you will have a chance.

ummmmm......  have you tuned the car at all?  Do you know what you air/fuel ratio is?  I wouldn't even have a turbo on a car at all if it isn't tuned right. What are you using for fuel enrichment and timing retard? Don't run the risk of blowing up AND losing the races. If you are making good power, you should be a 13 second car on the stock internals.....
setting guys out by car lengths....

the carb is a holly 600 cfm.runs rich until the turbo spools up. i have a richness meeter in the car along with a boost gauge  the 199 i6 is stock and i dont think it flows enough  exhaust to over boost the turbo. before rebuilding turbo it would only make 7lbs of boost. if it dose15 lbs after rebuild i will be supprised and happy

I don't see where a rebuild will raise the boost.
What are you using for a turbo? Where is it mounted?

the turbo is a 3ldz from a porscha. it had a couple of big pieces of trash blocking air flow from exhaust. and main shaft bearing was stuck and wore out.
