Ok cool. There is no special adapter for the gas pedal? In the original there is just a loop that connects to it, in the lokar cables it looks like there is some kind of clevis. That is the bit I am worried about.

I have the Lokar set up on my 65 Rambler station wagon along with the kickdown kit. Haven't had any problems.

Sorry to bump an old thread. Which Lokar throttle cable worked? 24”. I think I can make the carb side work but not sure if it will attach to my stock 69 accelerator pedal.

Edelbrock #9635 are push rods for a 348 and 409 Cheby!

I am using the billet combo bracket for the cable and kick down. Bolts to the back of edelbrock carbs......nice piece and works better than factory linkage
