That sucks.  Somewhere in the dark recesses of my mind I seem to recall that the bushing only is still available (another application) and you can re-use the center support.  But then again, maybe I've had too much coffee today.

I'm not sure that's really possible, unless it's bad coffee.

The bushing shouldn't be hard to locate, ID of the outer sleeve, OD of the rod, they're usually cheap enough for experimental buy. Chop and cut!

The part number I posted was supposed to be the replacement for the old John Elle piece.

Not sure... but originally it was a Mazda 323 rear link bushing replacement part number. That number was discontinued almost 10 years now, so it may be recycled into newer parts numbers. Not sure, but I purchased the 323 bushings over 15 years ago, as seperates, no grease, no instructions.

Huh, I thought I posted this last night....

That's just one site that popped up on one google search for 'flanged poly bushing'. Select bushings by dimension. I've done this multiple times, and they're cheap enough to experiment.

Here are pics of the kit I referenced earlier that has the 2048 correct bushings along with a spare housing I have laying around. 17 bucks on amazon. You do have to grind off an inner lip on the opposite side of the housing for proper fit
