I am considering buying a 360 long block and the block part number is 3135528.  What years are covered by that part number?  Trying to figure out what crank end is in it before I travel 250 miles RT to look it over.

Appreciate any help.

70-71 have the flat crank flange. 72 through 91 use the same crank. Heads vary by year

Hello Wayne,
For reference, the part number on the 360 block in my wife's '74 Javelin is:
3195528
This seems to be one number different than your number?
The engine had a build date in May 1974.

If the intake is off the date is in the lifter gallery.

for instance      74        CFD

means 1974 cast by Central Foundry Division General Motors.

Yep, GM mark of excellence.
