                              All profits benefit Chesapeake City Lions Club Charities ·        Pre-registered vehicles will not be required to sign in for Awards or Prizes. Once again we will have a dedicated Pre-registered traffic lane that will allow you to be routed directly to Show Car Parking Spaces without delay.

PLEASE  DO  NOT ARRIVE  BEFORE  SUNRISE!

·        ATTENTION --- ALL Vehicles must display the numbered registration card on their windshield to be eligible for Awards.  NOTE: In order to be eligible for Prizes, you must be pre-registered or bring your registration form and prize ticket to the registration tent at Pell Gardens.  NO EXCEPTIONS!   

Note-  ONLY Hurricane forecasts will affect the date.  Rain  or Shine otherwise

TRAILERS will not be allowed in town overnight Friday or anytime Saturday.  You will be towed!  If you must use a trailer, access to the School parking lot on Rte. 213 a half mile south of town is reserved. GPS-> 2755 Augustine Herman Hwy, 21915.

 Please pay attention to the street you park on. Vehicles MUST be moved from both State Roads (George and 2^nd streets) by 3 PM.  Any vehicle causing traffic issues during the show or after 3 PM will have to be towed to the nearest parking lot. Help us continue to have a great event!  

GENERAL LIABILITY:  In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge Chesapeake City Lions Club and its members and Ron Francis Wiring and their representatives, employees and servants, and anyone else connected with the operation of this car show of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property.  Vehicles must be registered and insured.

 Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant, under the direction or control of the entrant.

 OPERATION:  Event management and the town of Chesapeake City reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activates.  If for any reason an entrant's conduct is deemed to be objectionable by event management, entrant and his or her vehicle will be subject to eviction from the premises.  Any poor behavior off the grounds will be reason for denying admittance of vehicle and entrant to the grounds.  In the case of eviction, no refund will be given.
