If you are running an 11" disc make sure the bolts have a head no bigger than 1/2" or they will rub on the disc.I have used a grade 8 header bolt in the past, they have a 7/16 head.

Since I am very cost conscious I would go to the local bolt place and purchas 3/8 16x1"  grade 8 bolts. Good american made and $.50 each instead of $2.00 or more each. Just my $.02 worth. Be sure to use lock washers.
Dirt is for racing asphalt is for getting there.

pressure plate bolts are special they have a larger shank that insets in the flywheel. in a stocker probably no issues but in a hi perf aplication cheap could cost you.

as I said before if you are running a 11' disk you will not be happy with those bolts.
